A third email....

I know, I know, this is almost shocking, three emails in three weeks.

 

What’s going on? Too much really and I haven’t been telling you enough about it. I’ll try and keep them shorter than the last one. There is this event I have been attending whenever I can. This year its in Flagstaff, AZ. Its called Overland Expo. Its all about adventure traveling for fun, work, hobby, ministry. If you enjoy traveling, especially on the rough side, meaning camping and going to less popular and non-tourist sites, you’d probably enjoy this exposition. Lots of workshops, equipment vendors, demonstrations and an absolutely fantastic adventure film series. In fact a friend and I are going to be putting on a cross cultural simulation program, where we take those interested thru a simulation of entering into non touristy countries and potential challenges of such adventures. It’s a training program Wycliffe has been using for years to help teach about cross cultural adventures. It’s a real eye opener for those who have not done much international travel.
